Holistic Health Coaching

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my focus is on the relationship between lifestyle (including food), and how this impacts your health and wellbeing on all levels. I provide a safe space to help you create awareness, set goals and move beyond any blocks or limiting beliefs in your way.

We will explore how you can use a variety of tools such as food and yoga & meditation to help you feel your best day to day, as well as proactively supporting your health for the future.

We can work together no matter where you are based in the world via telephone or video call.

Yoga

I offer yoga classes and private yoga sessions in the Belfast area. I trained as a teacher in India where I experienced the true transformational power of yoga and meditation. I practice and share yoga that is based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga system, with a strong emphasis on correct alignment, breath and internal focus, along with meditation and pranayama. The benefits of a regular yoga practice cannot be underestimated in maintaining physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

A bit about me

Teacher and coach; a warrior for conscious health and wellbeing.

Over the last few years I have been on my own journey to lead a more conscious and holistic lifestyle, and have experienced first hand the impact that our lifestyle choices have on our quality of life, health and overall wellbeing.

A scientist by nature and training, I got my PhD in Biology at UCL and continued with post-doctoral research in Switzerland before making the move to working in the pharmaceutical industry in drug safety and regulation for ten years.

My own personal transformation led me to move away from my 10 year corporate career to follow my passions and interests to train as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Teacher.

My training and qualifications allow me to use a holistic, evidence-based approach to health and wellbeing.

I believe we all have more power than we know to determine our wellbeing and destiny. I believe our everyday lifestyle choices are the most powerful medicine we have to proactively support our wellbeing on all levels today and into the future. Our health truly is our wealth.
