All You Need To Know About The New Yoga Collection Essential Oils - Arise (3 of 3)
This is the third and final blog post in my series about the newly released DoTERRA Yoga Collection Essential Oils. Read the first two parts of this series to learn about Anchor and Align as well as an introduction to the oils and their creation in collaboration with International yoga teacher Elena Brower.
All three blends can be introduced to your yoga practice in an unlimited number of ways and all contribute to the emotional support and therapy that yoga provides us. The oils can be used both aromatically and topically before, during or after your practice, depending on your preference and intentions.
All of the blends can be used whether or not you have a yoga practice to cultivate your emotional and mental wellbeing in everyday life.
The stunning blend Arise is the doTERRA Enlightening blend, and it encourages it happiness, clarity, and courage. Encourages rising to achieve goals and improved performance.

Some favourite ways to use Arise
I have been using Arise in my asana practice and also during my work day because I find the aroma so uplifting and invigorating, as well as being reassuring.
The doTERRA blog has some great suggestions for ways to use the Arise blend:
When you wake up, apply two to three drops of Arise on your heart while practicing daily affirmations to help you rise up and face the day with clarity and joy.
When practicing challenging yoga poses, apply Arise to help yourself achieve the next level.
Apply several drops to diffusing jewellery to remind you of your goals throughout the day.
Perfect Asana for Align
I think that Arise is perfect when used during sun salutations. But as with all of the oils, it is very personal and depends on your energy and intentions for your practice.
I am still trying new ways of integrating these oils into my practice, but I am absolutely in love with them so far. As always, let me know if you have been using any of the Yoga Collection oils, or any other oils in your practice.
