Join me on Thursday evenings from 7-8.30 pm for a 1.5 hour midweek retreat to revitalise with yoga and meditation.
We will spend the first part of the evening moving our bodies through an energising asana sequence. We will follow this by drawing our attention inwards through the breath and meditation.
The perfect opportunity to centre and refresh your mind and body during the week.
Each 1.5 hour class costs £10.
All levels of experience are welcome.
