I offer 1:1 coaching on a long term (4+ month) basis, where will work closely together each week to bring about long lasting transformation in the areas of your wellbeing you choose to focus on.

I also offer a 1:1 VIP session where we will spend 2 hours deep diving into your wellbeing in all areas of your life. You will come away with an action plan to implement immediately, and we will meet again to review your progress a month later.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. For example, are your eating habits affecting your mood? Is stress having an effect on how much you drink or your relationships? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Is dissatisfaction in your career leadng to low motivation and clear direction in life?

As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your wellbeing as a whole, peeling back all the layers to get to the core of how to elevate your wellbeing. From there we will work on each layer to build up a solid foundation for wellness.

I work with my clients to get in touch with their own personal needs because I understand that we are all individual. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert.

Let’s define what you value most from your wellbeing. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be.

We will explore how you can use a variety of tools such as food, yoga & meditation, exercise and essential oils to help you feel your best day to day, as well as proactively supporting your health for the future.

As your coach, I will not dictate a diet or routine for you, but together we will explore why some activities, routines and foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your goals within reasonable time frames and implement sustainable habits so you have a robust strategy to move forward and have a solid foundation of health and wellbeing.

I will provide you with the inspiration, knowledge and support you desire to guide you along your journey.
